16 Weeks

Here are my 16 week photos. I don't think much has changed in appearance. My face is starting to finally clear up so that's a huge bonus. The heartburn started on Saturday once I woke up and has subsided since thanks to some Tums. I've gained about 3-4 lbs so far, depending on what time of the day I weigh myself. As you can see in my pictures these are my last pair of jeans that I can wear and actually button. I have a dr. appt. on Thursday. After the appt. we get to make our next check up to find out the gender of the baby. We can't wait!!

15 weeks

Here I am at 15 weeks on the dot. Looks more like I had too many beers the night before instead of a cute baby bump. When I wake up in the morning, I feel somewhat slender, but once I eat my breakfast the bump is out and showing. I tried to get Tim to take a closer picture, but apparently we were in a hurry that morning and didn't try again. We have another appointment next week Thursday. After that we make our appointment for the big U/S and find out if we have a little boy or a girl. We should know by late April to early May. We can't wait!

I also wanted to show everyone a picture of some of the adorable things my GP buddy/labor buddy, Melissa a.k.a. MrsMel, sent to me. Thank you again Melissa, you totally made my day.

Bye Bye Belly Ring

Over the weekend I decided to take out my belly button button ring. I'm 26 years old and guess it was about time. I've had it since I was 18 though. I didn't want to risk it popping out in the midst of my belly growing though. Now it's back to an ugly belly button, but with two holes.

Speaking of growing bellies, my co-workers are starting to stare at my belly more and the rubbing has started. Luckily I don't mind it....yet.

Oh and Happy St. Patrick's Day! Green Root Beer only for this lady. I'm sure Tim will more than make up for my slack though.

Think I've popped at 14 weeks

Yesterday while I was getting ready for my friends baby shower I noticed that I'm no longer able to botton my pants and feel comfortable. On to the bella band I go. It's a weird feeling to know that for the next 6,7,8,9 months I won't be able to wear the jeans I've always worn and look the same in them. I'll let you be the judge I guess to see if I've popped or not.

Little behind

Here is my 12 week baby bump. This picture was taken the day we got back from our trip to Mexico. As you can see I have a nice tan, but it's funny how quickly it fades. Our trip was amazing! The weather was gorgeous everyday, not a cloud in the sky at all. Here are a few pictures from the trip.

Starting a blog

I guess it's about time I hop on the bandwagon and start my own blog instead of reading everyone else's. So far I really have no idea what I'm doing with this, but I'm learning so bare with me.

With this blog I hope to keep everyone updated on pictures, news and just random things as Tim and I travel down this crazy road of pregnancy.
